The My Shoreview Support Tickets allow the residents of the Shoreview Community to report problems or issues found within the property grounds. In order to track the status of submission online, please create an account and login. Users submitting tickets without an account, must provide a valid email in order to receive status updates. You can submit a support ticket without an account or a login, however, it will be easier to track the ticket with a login account. If you prefer not to create an account, receive a ticket number, or see the progress of your submission, you can provide the information in the contact form on the Contacts menu link. A ticket will be created based on your contact form submission, but you will not be able to track the submission or status of your contact form.
Upon landing on the Support page, you will have two options, Login or complete the Submit a Ticket form. The quickest way to submit a ticket is to complete the form without a login. Simply complete the fields of the form for a ticket number to be generated and added into the ticket submission system.
If you have an account or would like to create an account, click the Login button above the Submit a Ticket form. You will be taken to the login page where you can click the Create An Account link to create your account. If you already have an account, you can login and Submit a Ticket. If you have previously submitted tickets, a dashboard will open where you can track the status of your previously submitted tickets. You will also have the opportunity to create a new ticket upon successful login.
If you have successfully logged in, you can also make changes to your existing profile. In this location, you can make any changes to your profile as well as your password. If you need to recover your password, there is a Forgot Password link on the login page. Your password will be emailed to the email account which you registered.
